All sales are set as final but we will attempt to make it right depending on the circumstance.

The wrong size is NOT admissible for returns. Please verify your size with our size chart located in each product description.

Please make claims of damaged items or lost item/not received within 7 days of confirmed delivery by Verified Tracking Shipping Company to your approved shipping address. We are not responsible or liable for lost, stolen packages once delivered. Items returned to us for wrong address or undeliverable will NOT be resent to you.

Items stuck in transit are out of our control once picked up by the shipping carrier. Please contact us from the menu bar above immediately for processing disputes.

Yes, all clothing products listed are unisex sizes unless specifically titled (Womens) or found in the women's tab.

Each piece including Hoodies and Tee Shirts run true to size in a Boxy fit. Please refer to the size chart within the description to find your desired size in accordance with measurements.

All Pants waist & hips sizes in inches & centimeter are times two.

Ex. Size 11 inches = 22

14 = 28

17.5 = 35

The term "Boxy" refers to the cut of the fabrics silhouette. The hem sits just above the hips for a slightly cropped tailored fit.

Naturally the distance from the shoulder to waist hem is shorter than a "True to Size" fit in which the waist hem sits just below the hips. Traditionally about 2-3 inch difference between a Boxy and Traditional fit. Please refer to the description and size chart for further guidance.

GSM in fabric stands for Grams per Square Meter, and it measures the weight or density of the fabric. A higher GSM indicates a heavier, thicker, and often more durable fabric, while a lower GSM signifies a lighter fabric and less durable.

Heavyweight (250+) GSM): Ideal for winter clothing, hoodies, denim jeans, and workwear.

Medium Weight (150–250) GSM): Suitable for year-round staple T-shirts, pants, and light jackets producing a nice silhouette.

Lightweight (100–150) GSM): Good for breathable summer shirts, sundresses, and scarves.

We are unable to accept returns on all items marked as Final sale, Expect for Manufacturing defects: (wrong print/item) Damaged items upon arrival and lost parcels. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the order number and photos and we'll do our best to make things right for our community.

All items are available based on current stock and season. Restock of sold-out items can not be guaranteed if or when a piece will be restocked. Some pieces are truly 1 of some but not many.
