Items marked as Final Sale are not subject to returns without a valid admissible miscommunication agreement based on our "Diro Couture" discretion. We offer free shipping so regardless of our final decision to accept or deny a return, All admissible returns can only be returned or refunded with a 30% restock fee and buyer pays return shipping cost. Once we receive the item back and undamaged you will be refunded.

The wrong size is NOT admissible for returns, but we understand the fit and silhouette is everything. That's why we took our time with tailored measurements for the fabric cuts. Please verify your size with our size chart located in each product description.

Please make claims of damaged items or lost item/not received within 7 days of confirmed delivery by Verified Tracking Shipping Company to your approved shipping address. We are not responsible or liable for lost, stolen packages, items returned to us for wrong address or undeliverable. We will NOT resend your order.

Items stuck in transit are out of our control once picked up by the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued. Please contact us from the menu bar above immediately for fast processing disputes.

EXCHANGES

Generally, We can not accept an exchange due to the volatility and availability of our seasonal releases as they may sell out and we cant guarantee a restock date for said item.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and item sourcing.

We use local and International manufacturers with express shipping so delivery times average from 7-17 days, but it depends if your item is available locally or requires Global distribution to fulfill. Each community member is provided a Tracking # in correspondence with their purchase once the shipping process has started.

Yes, all clothing products listed are unisex sizes unless specifically titled (Womens) or (Mens). Each piece including Hoodies and Tee Shirts run true to size in a Boxy fit. Please refer to the size Chart within the description to find your desired size in accordance with measurements.

Yes, all "sweatsuit sets" are listed and specifically titled "Set". We have made it easier to identify the matching top and bottom with identifiers 2A,2B,2C,2D, etc. Simply Match the Titled "2A" top with the "2A" bottom in your preferred color of choice. Tops can come with matching Hoodie or Crewneck option to the same corresponding bottom if available. Each piece runs true to size in pants and boxy fit top. Please refer to our size chart for measurements.

The term "Boxy" refers to the cut of the fabrics silhouette. The hem sits just above the hips for a slightly cropped tailored fit.

Naturally the distance from the shoulder to waist hem is shorter than a "True to Size" fit in which the waist hem sits just below the hips. Traditionally about 2-3 inch difference between a Boxy and Traditional fit. Please refer to the description and size chart for further guidance.

GSM in fabric stands for Grams per Square Meter, and it measures the weight or density of the fabric. A higher GSM indicates a heavier, thicker, and often more durable fabric, while a lower GSM signifies a lighter fabric.

Heavyweight (250+) GSM): Ideal for winter clothing, hoodies, denim jeans, and workwear.

Medium Weight (150–250) GSM): Suitable for year-round staple T-shirts, pants, and light jackets producing a nice silhouette.

Lightweight (100–150) GSM): Good for breathable summer shirts, sundresses, and scarves.

We are unable to accept returns on all items marked as Final sale, Expect for Manufacturing defects: (wrong print/item) Damaged items upon arrival and lost parcels. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the order number and photos and we'll do our best to make things right for our community.

Wrong sizes and addresses do not qualify for a return or refund as we do provide an accurate size chart for each item or corresponding item. Pants run true to size while all tops are cut in a Boxy Tailored Fit. Please refer to the size charts and return policy for further guidance.
